The first part of the Web-site contains WRITINGS OF A THEOLOGICAL OR RELIGIOUS
NATURE. Here are interesting introductions (1) to different themes of
wide and general interest, (2) of interest also to the theological student and
(3) to those concerned with the genuine problems of Christian Faith, and (4) in
particular cases to issues connected with Adventism. Format of

The last section of this web site, entitled ‘Philosophy’, offers several SETS OF
SUMMARIES FROM COURSES IN PHILOSOPHY. In each case they represent
material handed to students to assist with them in reading, research, and
writing of essays and term papers. They should prove helpful to philosophy
students and others who are looking for help in coming to terms with presently
discussed issues. They might serve as a useful introduction to the particular

Edwad W. H. Vick was born in Littlehampton in Sussex England and attended
Maidenhead County Boys' School. He is a graduate of London, Vanderbilt, Oxford
and Nottingham Universities. From his earliest days he wanted to be a teacher,
and this ambition was amply fulfilled in a wide and extended experience in
college, university and adult education centres at home and abroad. Now
retired, he has a son and two daughters. At the moment there are three
grandchildren.
